Where are you located?
We do our R+D in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.
Are your helmets safe?
Our helmets are extremely safe. We take your well-being very seriously. Our helmets have undergone extensive safety tests and have passed inspection.
Passed EN 1077:2007 (Ski Helmets)
Passed CPSC 16 CFR, Part 1203 (Bicycle Helmets)
How do I find my helmet size?
The easiest way to figure out what size you should get is to measure your head with a ribbon tape measure just above the brow line.
How do I get my helmet to fit?
If you notice there’s a little wiggle room between your head and the padding of your helmet, worry not! There is an adjustable dial on the back of every helmet that will allow you to customize your fit. Please keep in mind, though, that not all heads are made the same. A size 8 foot doesn’t always fit a size 8 shoe, and this is no different (except for the fact that you don’t have a foot on your head).
The helmet should fit snugly on your head without any gaps. When the helmet is on your head, give it a few soft pushes from front to back (or go full Beyonce). If it moves around, it’s too big. If it’s not flush with your head, it’s too small.
How can I convert it into a bike helmet?
That’s right. You can transform your ski helmet into a bike helmet in a matter of seconds.
1 Unfasten the clip
2 Unsnap earmuffs, slide them off the straps and out of the helmet
3 Remove the fleece netted cap
4 Install the extra foam pieces to the interior Velcro for a comfortably fitting bike helmet
How should I store my helmet?
Leave your helmet out so it dries entirely. Store it in a cool, dry place where it can’t get damaged. Keep in mind that extreme heat can damage your helmet, so we recommend keeping it in a garage instead of the back of your trunk.
Why are your helmets so inexpensive?
We’re able to produce a high quality helmet for a very reasonable price because we optimize the sales process. Instead of going from manufacturer to brand to distributor to sales reps to retails to consumers, we sell our helmets to you directly. All of that in between stuff hikes up prices and we don’t want to do that to you.
Is it compatible with headphones?
Yes! You can install headphones into the earmuffs of our helmets. There is a little zipper pocket to store a speaker device. Please note that our helmets are not compatible with all speaker systems.
Are you helmets safe to use after they’ve been involved in an accident?
No. You should never use a helmet that’s been involved in an accident. Even if the helmet does not look damaged, the structural integrity could be compromised. This means that if you get into another accident, the helmet might not be able to protect your head like it should.
Who do you ship with?
We ship most of our orders out through FedEx. Keep this in mind when you're choosing a shipping method. If you don't request a signature and you're not home when FedEx arrives, it is left up to the driver's discretion to leave the package or not. Sometimes we send smaller orders out through USPS.
How long will it take for me to receive my helmet?
We try really hard to ship all orders within 1 business day, but sometimes we're backed up. Most orders will go out within 3 business. Once we send out your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days according to the map of transit times below. Please note: we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, nor do we offer expedited shipping:
